Waiting till they get to gate to find out if they have a seat is unfair and I'm sure is protected by consumer rights?
when you check in online and choose random allocation you are give a seat free of charge. If flight is full and not seat available you 1/2

Surely you guarantee seat when booking months in advance? Why does your fare checker say "2 seats left" if this is actually a lie?
