@Ryanair weight prices are ridiculous. Paid for my bag no handluggage, expecting me to pay additional £40 on top of £50 for a 4kg difference
You can bring hand luggage if you wish. You can take a cabin bag not exceeding 55x40x20cm and 10kg and a second small bag of 35x20x20cm. LF

Aknow. But my point is if your one case is under your bag allowance and the handluggage combines weightwhy can't you just take the one bag.

You can pool checked luggage allowances together as cabin bags cannot be checked in at the bag drop desk. LF
