Yes it was - and I was told to make a claim online. Now there is no way I can make a claim without the number which should have been given.

Have you got a file reference number from your claim? JH

I reported it. Took photos. I was told because it was still usable the claim had to be made online. I was given no number.

I was given this. Which is pointless without a file reference. I spoke to Fabio and his ID wasSP6914. What further evidence can I give?

You should have been given a file reference number. Please contact our customer services to submit a claim regarding this. KD

Clearly the letter provided is wrong as there is no mention of a file reference and your staff did not provide one.

IMPOSSIBLE - I have tried and tried. The claim needs a PRI, I do not have one. I am now beyond the required 7 days despite attending at CS.

There is an option to submit a claim to our customer services without submitting the reference number it will be a general complaint. KD
