@Ryanair Forced to check in my handluggage, gets damaged and now I cant submit a claim. Why?

IMPOSSIBLE - I have tried and tried. The claim needs a PRI, I do not have one. I am now beyond the required 7 days despite attending at CS.

There is an option to submit a claim to our customer services without submitting the reference number it will be a general complaint. KD
