Yep, lost all money as they carried on my flight to Rome last June, even though the government said we could not travel. refused to transfer £650 balance to another flight. Would never fly with Ryanair again & a sham of a company. friends who booked with Easy Jet had a refund

I can attest to this actually, we were due to fly out to Copenhagen in May 2020, asked if we wanted vouchers or refund. We took the vouchers but we still couldn't fly, Ryanair reminded us the vouchers were due to run out & asked us if we wanted extension or refund, got refunded

1. Coming from a company that thought it was reasonable to not offer any refund or credit to passengers when Austria went into national lockdown. Disgraceful. Even my "non refundable" hotel booking, refunded as exception circumstances.

I was supposed to fly in 2020 that night we went into lockdown, moved my flight six months later, still in lockdown, sorry no refund and double to change flights. Bandits.
