I was 5mins late to check-in & you charged me €30! The flight was 30 minutes delayed & your response is "sorry for the inconvenience"!! I made a complaint, as the delay puts me over the 2hrs limit & I got an email telling me how sorry you are, but can't help you. What the hell??
