Is this a great money making scam @ryanair? Say you’re processing a refund in May. You haven’t. Then when I go into system says I cannot get a refund as I’ve already applied. Chat bot useless. Not keen on paying a fortune to call. DM would be well received please. @TravWriters

Megan, thanks but think you know that’s no good. That Twitter Dm is a bot too. I asked for a refund and it sent me a massive dm on baggage charges. Please get a human being to contact me and sort this out. I always give airlines a fair crack of the whip. This is very poor though.
