How tf was I just charge £55 for a boarding pass at the airport? This is completely a ripoff! It does not say ANYWHERE that I have to do the checking over the app or I will get charge £55 for this shit? I didn’t have any bag to check out, only a piece of cheap paper boarding pass

Ok so appalling service, my daughter was flying to Corfu yesterday, but of bad weather had to land in Brindisi, this morning no information given and she just found out it doesn’t fly to Corfu, what the hell are you doing to help her and her boyfriend

Ryanair have a legal requirement to get you from A to B. If that means using another airline or getting more than one flight, Ryanair are responsible for this and also need to pay. So hotel, food and transport costs must come from Ryanair

@askryanair but they never answer the question. I only wanted to know what to do if I am tested positive prior to a flight, first I get told I need to contact Ryanair,when I asked who I was told they didn't know. Eventually I am told to follow the government advice -

Whilst you may wish your humerous posts cover up the news headlines regarding the barring of passengers who charged back flight costs for flights that they could not fly on because of COVID. It hasn't. I will never set foot on a Ryanair flight again. I encourage others to do same
