        Hi @askryanair can you help? I recently requested a refund for a voucher as I wanted to get cash instead. Ive reveived an email to say the refund is going back to the original card. However the card used to book is now now expired. What should I do? Thanks

        This tweet is a LIE. If you DM @askryanair then it just activates your useless chatbot, which is the same as the useless chatbot that's on your website. If you 'need to ask a different question' it just sends you into an infinite loop of inane website link suggestions. #fail

        This is definitely a lie. I tried getting in touch with RyanAir in August about a flight at the start of September. They did respond in the end. But three weeks after the flight! Nightmare!

        We got a plane today👍18 hour delay😵‍💫thanks for the hotel and transport though - it was a long wait! You could do with improving communications with customers.
