Hate to say it but @tapairportugal staff were atrocious in Lisbon yesterday. Wouldn't give me 2 minutes to sort locator form after I'd queued at the gate for an hour, couldn't read the valid QR code I had and deboarded me from the flight. @Ryanair to the rescue though.
