I've been waiting for your support 3 months
Every time I tried to reach @askryanair always gave me the same answer, "we cannot help, you have to send an email to customerqueries@ryanair.com". Well, I have sent already 2 emails, and they haven't helped me. IT'S A SHAME

3MONTHS AGO I COULDN'T check-in one day before my flight due to ISSUES within the APP (pics attached). So, I arrived >2h before my flight to check-in physically, nevertheless they made me pay 55€
