Just received a "correction" invoice for a cancelled flight from June 2020. It isn't clear if they owe me £21.58 or they want me to pay £21.58. They certainly aren't getting £21.58 from me as I had to raise a credit card dispute to get my money back.

was the only airline not to refund me during covid despite being told in writing on chat they would. They now say the agent gave incorrect advice, so rather than move my flight I waited for a refund that was never coming. Avoiding them at all costs now.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
