@joelycett, I think @Ryanair needs to appear on your show #gotyourback. They are delaying refunds for months sending customer round in circles. Like many people (see their Twitter feed) @KerrieOwen9 & I have been waiting since January for a refund.

Is it the same customer service as the ones via your website? If so they aren’t any help. They just tell you they can’t detail with it and have put a comment on the account.
