@Ryanair, I keep getting replied to by your chatbot. How can I speak with someone? -
You probably have already, but I typed ‘I need to speak to support’ into the messenger and someone then picked this up fairly quickly. That seemed to bypass the chatbot, and the person was great.

Hi, it is funny seeing this after talking with your customer support Faris and not getting any help just "is there anything else I can help you with?", essentially telling me to piss off. I tried changing a domestic flight's date from the 29th to the 30 and kept gettimg VAT error

I tried contacting via call center and chatbot but I was constantly redirected to "Manage your flight" which did nothing to help since the app is broken and keeps sending out that error. Had to buy a new ticket for the flight on the 30th and now I am stuck with 1 useless flight
