@Ryanair @askryanair I was denied boarding on a Ryanair flight FR7965 London to Porto today because I had a UK COVID vaccination cert on the grounds that the Portuguese government required that proof of vaccinated status be via an EU vaccination app.

Hi Ana- you say that, but your staff did more than provide information. They denied me entry to a flight because they misinterpreted the rules in my destination country. It’s unacceptable that @Ryanair would give this discretion to an employee to abuse.
