Or refund people when their Mother dies, your company is a disgrace, problem is, you're so much cheaper than anyone else that even though you refused to refund me after my mother died, I still use you. I hope nobody that works for you has to experience your own customer service.

Hi Megan. This was over a year ago, I tried and tried to get this sorted and was met with roadblock after roadblock, I don't have the mental strength to go through the process again, can someone DM me and sort this out that way instead? Thanks
