@Ryanair just arrived in Naples from Dublin and no sign of my check in bag. Another customer was in the same situation and they found their bag on a different carrousel. Help received from airport staff appauling - where is my bag?

I have been checking for updates and still nothing..surely from the tracking number on the bag ye can tell where it is located? Dublin or Naples??
@Ryanair this is crazy. This lady is on her honeymoon and has no bag and no one is answering her??? Someone should be contacting her with details as to where her bag with all her personal belongings are? #badservice
