@Ryanair I put in a full refund request due to delayed flights over six weeks ago now (flights at end of Sept) and still haven’t heard anything. I’ve live chatted twice to you to be bluntly told “be patient”. Think I’ve been patient long enough now

Done that now and got told the same old “it’s in a queue”. If I owed you money you’d want it yesterday yet you can take months to give it back??
