@Ryanair has the WORST User Experience when it comes to booking extra luggage. I've booked the 'Priority & 2 Cabin Bags' and want to add a further bag to take some presents. But I CANNOT discover the allowed size.
Result? Sending them by post! Your loss @Ryanair

Thanks for the info, … but that is too late now, I’m already on the train. I spent two hours trying to find the info without success. There is NO LINK from the pictured webpage. A google search threw up the baggage policy page - which was of no help at all…
I just followed that link … and the page also fails completely to answer the question! First it details the size of the personal bag, and about the option Priority & 2 Cabin Bags! Ok - that is the option I have. I then scroll to the 10kg Check-in Bag section…

I find only the info … it’s a 10kg bag. No dimensions.

THAT page reiterates that it is a 10 kilo bag … thanks, I’ve got that …it then explains it goes under the seat and has dimensions X*y*z … Hold on, I’ve already got a bag to put under the seat, … is that a check-in bag?… I assumed the yellow bag I clicked on goes in the hold!
In the Browser I go back … which takes me back to the help search page … and I see in the description of the page that it is about cabin AND check-in bags … so why is the “Check-in bag” page describing a CABIN bag?
So, Balazs, I hope you are still with me … I shall continue to invest my time describing my (continuingly awful) user experience so that your CEO can consider the costs and your website UX designers can reconsider the UX design …
So, one hour on from initial tweet, and I'm one step *backwards*. Now I have two questions rather than one: 1. What size must the yellow bag be? 2. AND is it a cabin bag, or a check-in bag? Not to mention the question, of why this is all so extremely difficult to discover!?
