Hi there any news on my refund from May 12th flight to alicante when we weren't allowed to leave the the UK .The flight still went ahead but obviously we didn't fly .A reply would be appreciated

We had a similar problem and Ryanair told me that it was our choice not to fly so tough luck basically even though leaving the country for a holiday would have been unlawful!

I would check they are signed on. Never had a reply in 18 months. If they are out looking for Lord Lucan I would tell them to stop and start dealing with the millions of customers you are frustrating
