@askryanair do you want to advise why you won’t let me change my flights to next yr that were booked before the 1st lockdown and rolled last July to this year? I booked before Covid was a thing yet you are penalising me bc I wasn’t stupid enough to book a flight after lockdown?

Pointless reply from you as I wanted a change without fees. My point is you are penalising all those people whose money you have had for 18 months by not letting them change for free. Disgusting company and a disgraceful attitude.
The new con is you can change your flight twice but if you read carefully twice is the inbound and outbound, once. As it counts as 2 not in/out then in/out. So be careful peeps actually only 1 free change of total flights.
