I’ve been DM’ing you guys all day, you ask me to phone the call centre, they don’t answer and the previous 4 times I did get through they say they can’t help. I have an email from you thanking me for submitting my claim 14 days ago and today you tell me I haven’t made a claim.

@Ryanair for having to hire a car, fuel costs, taxi costs, food and drink costs. Then there is the compensation that I’m owed. No one takes ownership, no one can help, you do this on purpose. I’ll ask again. Will one single Ryanair employee take ownership and assist me. Every DM you send me ends with a link to your website. It is no help. The Live Chat guys don’t help or the site crashes. The call centre guys are not interested. What are you going to do about this?
