Thank you for the reply. Any criticism should be constructive so here’s my feedback: delays happen, what cannot happen is the customer finding out when he gets to the airport. Maybe you should focus on the improvement of the automation of your alerts to customers in example.

A painful 6hour wait could have been turned into more time spent with family, etc. In the end the customer wouldn’t even complain in here.
