@Ryanair our flight Stensted to Clermont struck by lightning and returned to Stansted - replacement plane not coming until 1800 - Customer Service at STD no info - how do we get food vouchers please ?

But not in time to use it! Nothing received and will be back at gate shortly. Also - nobody can tell us what has happened to bags - will the cabin bags that were put in the hold be transferred automatically to the new plane?

Sorry to hear that Karen. Please keep a copy of your receipt so we can reimburse you when you submit an expense claim form. If they are not transferring they will be offloading. Stansted airport staff will have more info. DW
