@Ryanair You cancelled a flight from MRS on 01/07 offering an alternative from FMI. I had c40 wedding guests on this flight each facing a 180eu taxi. You advised me to book a coach and make a claim on behalf of all of them which would be much cheaper. How do I now submit this?

Or, how about you just respond. My emails are unanswered. Your phone lines are unmanned, and your twitter asks the customer to just find a better way... than Google... At what point are you going to take some responsibility for your own business?

OK What is the address of either your head office complaints or your legal department. I have filled in the form several times, and tweeted at least 10 times. I've had no response. This is beyond poor business practice now.
