@Ryanair absolutely shocking to stand in a queue to get another flight for 5 1/2 hours with 2 children!!! Then another 1/2 hour to get hotel voucher and now have to wait for a transfer to a hotel!

@Ryanair after the fiasco yesterday and now having a flight leaving at 14:40 I have had problems with trying to check-in on line, had to do it at the desk, there is 6 in my party, not one of us sitting together and one is aged 6!!! Unacceptable practice
