@Ryanair 5 hours que to customer service desk, 2 people on it and 14 cancelled flights with 500 people stuck, next available flight is Sunday, advised to be at the airport 3 hours before and told 3 hours 43 minutes before flight it's cancelled! And 1 bottle of water. Yey.

Your claim form is a joke. It doesn’t recognise my name on the booking even though it is the same, plus no option to Choose Oslo Gardermoen Airport which you cancelled my flight from. Do I have to contact the EU to get you to act?
