“Europe’s favourite airline” @Ryanair has provided us with a top quality service of which our flight has been delayed by 6 hours!! I think you should warn your customer service desk at stansted that I will be heading straight to them like a bull to a red rag!!! #donttravelryanair

I have done this, to make matters worse the flight that was due at 17:30 ... 3.5 hours after ours has an earlier estimated take off time! I have argued with 2 members of this airport that have no connection to yourselves because you don’t have ONE member of staff in this airport
