@Ryanair How am I supposed to rearrange my flights that you cancelled on Friday when your phone lines won’t take any more calls and your live chat keeps customers waiting for hours before disconnecting them?! Horrendous customer service!

You could arrange for a replacement flight or at the very least confirm that you will pay all costs associated with arranging a replacement flight! Your colleague on live chat, when I eventually got to speak to somebody, was no help whatsoever!
