It's linked to several booking references (flight cancelled), and I wasn't any of them. I hired a bus for several guests because it was cheaper than individual 170eu taxis. Ryanair have sent this cheque to an example passenger I listed because they didn't read the whole email.

Guys - at what point are you held to account for this non-existent customer service. You've said you owe me money, and you've sent it to the wrong person. Can you sort this out immediately please?!
