@Ryanair provides terrible customer service. My wife booked a flight with you which shows on her bank statement as Ryanair yet when she phoned you for help with her booking details she was told she has booked with a 3rd party. She phones them & is told the guy isn't in the office

She phoned you but because your system was down was directed to a 3rd party without being notified. The payment she made says its to Ryanair. Just wanted to highlight to others the poor service they're likely to receive. Thank you for helping.
