@Ryanair So, we check in for our flight back from Berlin. The system asks "Would you like to sit together"? Yes of course; "well, pay us an extortionate amount to do so," We decline, it seats us 10 rows apart, both with empty seats next to us. How is this good customer service?
Hi Susan, seats are allocated at random at the time of check-in, therefore we cannot guarantee you will be seated together unless you choose to sit together at the time of booking. AR

Hi, tks for reply however, it never used to be this way. You’ve put an algorithm in to make it happen to get more money. We no longer buy onboard so it’s a lose lose for you.
