@Ryanair we understand the safety for the crew and passengers due to the "storms" in LDN. but the lack of information at Alicante was unacceptable. no food or water was provided after waiting 3 hours, women with new born babies asking for hot water and being denied! disgusting!!

Already filled it out and said there is no compensation. shouldnt matter - the terms and conditions say 3 hour or more delay we should get compensation!
