Still sitting on runway at Stanstead. Boarded us at 6am it’s now 9am sat here for three hours. With a nine month old baby..... it’s horrendous @ryanair am I entitled to compensation? Flight FR124

I have already done this. The amount of compensation received was laughable considering the time delayed, terrible customer service, sleeping on an airport floor with a 15 month old baby and losing a whole day from a weeks holiday!

Hi. Myself, my wife and 4 of our friends were delayed by 5 hours a few weeks ago. The compensation on offer is terrible. However, under EU Law, you’re actually entitled to 250 Euros per person if any Ryanair flight is more than 3 hours late

You raving a laugh no ever deals with complaints , your not interested !!! Do you even ave water on board for passengers ? Every time I fly with you there are no refreshments !!!

That is a disgrace. Would never fly with Ryanair. You surely should get compensation back for this. Good luck. And as for TUI they are jyst as bad.
