6 hours and counting since our @Ryanair flight was meant to take off from Lisbon. We’ve been herded to different terminals, denied water and food. I’m not one to complain but this is an absolute disgrace. Horrible way to treat people

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, having come back this morning, we have queued for over an hour to check in to be told once through security that the flight is cancelled by one employee then told by another that it might not. From start to finish the communication 1/2

from your staff has been contradictory and misleading. I sincerely hope you review what has happened here as toddlers and the elderly were left without access to food and water for 10 hours. We are still waiting to fly home and no one on our flight knows what is happening 2/2
