Yes I had that response but the resolution is not satisfactory. Whilst we have received the EU regulated refund we haven’t received the additional costs claimed for transfer.

Can I assume by the radio silence this is being investigated? I supplied all the relevant receipts etc so would have expected this to be dealt with at the same time as the EU refund.
