Hi AG, I hope you can help. You would be 4th Ryanair agent in 1 day. I booked ground transfers for myself and my 2 year old via Ryanair Ground Transfer. My son has been charged even though according to Stansted Express and Looking4Transfers, children under 5 travel free.
