@Ryanair can somebody help me please as I’ve waited for an hour to speak with somebody online and im getting nowhere!

Hi I have paid reserve seating through an agent but when I’ve logged on my two children age 9 and 10 are on seperate rows to my husband and I haven’t been given a seat. Online chat told me I’d have to wait until the airport but I’m not happy that I have to stress about this,

Pay the fee and then not get the service. To be given seats they cannot sit in, legally, and then have to wait and maybe be sat seperatly.
