@Ryanair I have tried with little success to get anywhere trying to claim a refund for our flight which was delayed for more than 4 hours Tried filling forms in online which it won’t let me & even rang customer service & all She said was need to fill form in .. Please contact me

Experiencing the same issue. Not recognising the flight number. Load of codswallop
@Ryanair Please advise. Get your IT team to make the form active again. Must be switched off in order to avoid paying out.
