Why did your “live chat” have a queue of 67 minutes at 8pm? And why did it keep me waiting in a queue until 10:30pm only to inform me that it has closed at 9pm?

Now your chat service is open at 8:25 even though when I tried to log on at eight it said it wouldn’t open till 09:00... and the stated wait time is 240 minutes!!!
