@Ryanair flights are delayed, stated estimated time 18.10 on airport website. I have not received email or sms. What do I do?

We received an sms 10 minutes before the flight time! If we had known we wouldn't have to spend the afternoon hanging around airport. Others have travelled hours by road for their flights. Unacceptable customer care. Such a waste of time and energy.
