@Ryanair. Yes I did. Refund is useless to me. App does not allow me to reschedule the flight, tells me to call you. @ryanair. You state under EU261 that alternative transfer arrangements (now ridiculously expensive and limited at short notice) must be discussed with you or won’t be reimbursed. Finally spoke with one of your representatives, Sajid. He advised that we should book alternative flights with another airline ourselves and that you would provide a refund using the form on your website. We will expect this refund to be forthcoming without delay or difficulty
