Last week my flight to Glasgow was cancelled. I was advised by your customer service to book a new flight and I would be rreimbursed for the cost afterwards. I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service since Saturday to no avail. Is there someone I can email?
I was given a link to a claim form, but the link did not work. I was then given a Ryanair email address and was told to email them my details and copies of my expenses. I did that on Saturday but I have not received any acknowledgement.
