i submitted the form to claim back my ticket. i've been denied as the flight was not 2 h delay.. It was indeed 5+ hours! is that a joke? i arrived home at 8pm instead of midday. C' mon! very very upset!

Hey, at the airport they said, after our 6h delay that you had reimburs the ticket . We boarded at 2.25pm instead of 10am and took off at 4pm.

ITS NOT WORKING! and it is very confusing as my flight was 6 hours delayed and i was reassured by your staff about the refund. you really upset me. very very disappointed. I will never pay for your flights again.
