@Ryanair I have two separate bookings with you but only seem to have been offered Family Plus on the inbound leg of my journey (C4WZ7B) but not the outbound (XNSZNB).
I would ideally like it for both trips. Please advise.

That is all very well, but I have been trying to contact your call centre for 3 days now and every time I do, the message says that ‘due to high call volume’, Ryanair are unable to to my call! What a joke!!
