Customer chaos on @Ryanair I ask pilot about email we received on the flight to apply for compensation when flight didn’t go, but we are on a 3-hour delayed flight. Wrong email? Pilot says “Ryanair aren’t very good at telling passengers their rights, I’ve no idea”. Great
