Not happy customers. My daughter is still awaiting take off in stansted. Nearly three hours delay. And the generous 5 eur voucher is not valid on the plane. What kind of service is that???? This is an official complaint

I am still waiting for your email to confirm my refund of my flight which was cancelled on Thursday. An error in your system has meant I've only been told I'll get the £11 I paid for priority boarding. Please resolve this and email me to confirm
