          I find it hilarious how @Ryanair are using a report from 2017 to justify their point!! Would you like to release your true statistics from the final quarter and discuss delays or cancellations in that period?? You have no respect for you customers, staff, or partners!!

          My goodness. And this further underlines why under no circumstance will I fly Ryanair. Just woeful in all aspects of public and customer empathy/service. Initial self imposed ban was from poor service if you were wondering 🤷‍♂️

          The people at @NATS work tirelessly all year to provide a fantastic service (being a pilot, I know they do. So THANK YOU NATS!), so a little respect towards them would be much appreciated instead of 'calling them out' on twitter. Would love to know where Ryanair got their 'facts'

          Was it atc’s fault it took 2hours to check in for a Ryanair flight from Edinburgh last week, or the fact that the staff at the boarding gate had a terrible attitude to everyone?
