@Ryanair in Brussels Charleroi airport. Waited 2 hours for a delayed flight. Then cancelled. With no announcement. No information. No help. No customer support. You haven’t even told us how to get our luggage. I’m angry. My kids are crying. Thanks. Disgraceful service.
