Hi @Ryanair any chance anyone at all could get back to me in relation to cancelling 4 flights? My uncle passed away 2 hours ago- we are due to fly this Friday for my mother’s 60. Being on hold trying to reach a real person isn’t exactly causing less stress to my devastated family

I have done that. However no one has replied to me. I am asking for you to release my €600 so I can repurchase flights for 3 weeks from now for my devastated mother. However all you keep saying is I need a death cert. can you confirm that a published death notice would be enough
